Avg. Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "I called and inquired about a vehicle ('08 Sequoia White/Limited/67K miles) they had for sale. They are located in WV and I live in PA, so I asked if the vehicle had any scratches/dents/interior blemishes so I didn't waste my time going to see it. They assured me it was in pristine condition. I travel out to see the vehicle (they knew I was coming the night before) and when I get there the vehicle is still out in the lot. Not a problem, but it had been so long since it was started that it didn't start. They put the cables on and fire it up. They eventually bring it around to the front of the building, where I begin to inspect it. I open the driver door to find two small tears in the driver seat (a rust colored stain was also present). Not a deal breaker, but Im beginning to sense a pattern. I open the second door and inspect that row of seating (checks out). Then I open the back hatch and it looked like the previous owner raised wolverines back there. Numerous, deep gouges in the plastic and the head liner was punctured and had a tear in it. I think about it and I tell them it's a NO, to which they act surprised ($30K was their asking price). I told them they lied to me about the vehicle and that I would only consider paying $20K for the vehicle, but realized they wouldn't sell it for that little due to its features/capabilities. The sales associate (Adam), says "let me talk to my manager." He goes into his sales manager's office and whispers "he said he'd gives us $20K for it." To which his manager whispers back "tell him to "BLEEP" OFF!" I have excellent hearing and it was soon as they opened so there was no extraneous noises to alter what was said. After hearing this, I peeked my head into the manager's office and said "I can hear you." He denied it, but that is what was said. Even if it wasn't what was said, they lied about the vehicle's condition and wasted my Saturday morning and $100 dollars worth of my gas. Be extremely cautious if you shop here as my experience was absolutely HORRIBLE!! "

The salesman that helped me was watching tv and happened to ask if I needed any help. Then when I told him what I was searching for he said the car was being driven by the service manager and he had already left for the day. I drove a 2012 camry le - not a hybrid for about 30 minutes. When I took it back he explained that WV was not really that great for hybrid mileage and I would be better off with the car I just test drove - naturally! Not a great experience."
