"Personnel very helpful and friendly. Overall process was slow once we reached the sale closing activities; they probably should study the amount of time waiting between steps. I did my homework - they (I think) recognized it and didn't give me a hard time completing the negotiation. I would suggest they reconsider having all the sales personnel standing in the parking lot intercepting customers as they come into the lot - disconcerting and uncomfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with the results and the car."

miles less than what was on the odometer. They also lied about the
car being "certified pre-owned" -- they hadn't done the inspection or
work to bring it up to Toyota's certification standards. And finally,
after wearing us down with hours of waiting, they slipped in a $378
"documentary fee" (New York state limits this hidden fee to $75, but
NJ doesn't, and these guys take full advantage.) We ended up with
a pretty good car, but all in all, it was an unpleasant experience
fending off all the dishonest, aggressive sales tactics..."
