From Justin short my salesman to the finance department were friendly,knowledgeable and pressure free...Not to mention the price was better than anyone else in the area!!! I would highly recommend checking this dealership out if you're looking for a pleasurable car buying experience!! Ask for Justin Short in sales...my only disappointment was trying to get my rear rotors and pads replaced the day after purchasing the car due to the fact the rotors were scorn... The gentleman who had completed the original safety inspection told me the rotors would smooth out after driving for a while due to surface rust... Anyone who has ever done a brake job on a car knows that when the rotors are scorn and grinding your pads are the next to wear down prematurely!! They did replace my rotors and fix the grinding noise I just wished the pads were replaced which takes about ten minutes and are inexpensive in case of uneven wear but there was n/c and they assured me the pads were fine with plenty of life left on them... The grinding did stop and the car runs and stops perfectly!! The service manager was very helpful with asking if I was happy with what they did and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle!!!! Highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new or slightly used vehicle... Second to none!!"

I had done my research and knew the model, year, features and prior ownership history that I wanted and my price. One of the vehicles that fit my requirements was located at Sullivan Brothers near Boston. I worked with the internet manager, Matt, to determine price and condition and verify the safety features and options that I required on the car if I was going to fly to get it. Matt could not have been more professional; he was direct, knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. This is the 5th car I have purchased this way online and will not purchase a vehicle any other way. Matt was exceptional to deal with. The dealership itself was great as well. I flew in in the morning, they picked me up at the airport, I examined and drove the car, finalized the paperwork, and was able to fly back out in the early evening. I chose to freight the car home vs the 2 day drive back to Kansas City. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, prompt and upfront during the entire transaction. 6 months later we love the car and have had no problems with it. I would recommend Matt and the dealership highly."
