"Overall experience was positive. The salesman was skilled, applied no pressure, and got all information I requested on used vehicle I was searching for.
The only gaff came when after the vehicle was put through the 140 point inspection to make it a 'Certified Used Toyota' , I found the brakes shook the truck while coming to a stop. The sales manager confirmed this after he drove it...
For some reason the vehicle was not road tested during the inspection, otherwise they would have caught the problem. They immediately repaired the brakes, but still it tarnished what otherwise would have been a perfect experience.
