"Salesperson accused me of "joy riding" when trying to test the vehicle. After requesting they put gas in the vehicle I noticed the gas light on shortly after leaving the dealership. When I attempted to pickup my tag, I was informed that I needed to have the emmissions test done because the dealer had not done that either. Very poor customer service and the vehicle needs more work than I originally noticed because it hasn't been serviced."

"It took to long to close the deal on the car purchase. Also, after having to wait so long to do the paperwork to close the deal my car was supposed to be cleaned. It was the worst job I've ever had. I've owned a lube & carwash business before & I would have been embarassed to let a car leave like this. All the salesman said was sorry. He did not ask me if I would like to bring it back & I will make sure it gets done right or anything. This was not what I expected or the service I hadn't gotten the last time I purchased a vehicle from Carmax."
