"The cars were in great condition, but the sales team was
waaaaaay too pushy. The sales man tried to use the "you're the
man of the house" tactic on me. He tried to get me to make a
decision without talking to my wife and to increase my monthly
payment almost $100. Sleazy sales tactics don't make me want
to buy. I saw the sales man walking around aimlessly when he
was "talking to his manager about getting me a better deal". He
came back with a SLIGHTLY lower price without ever talking to
anyone."

"Dealer ad was for Traverse and when called was told vehicle was there and come for test drive. When arrived, no such vehicle was available but the salesperson would be glad to show another vehicle. Staff is rude, dishonest. When asked to speak to manager was told by him that they run a professional dealership and did not believe this occurred so I guess we were lying ! Manager also said that he looked up vehicle we were talking about and no such vehicle found. Traverse is STILL listed in all ads including internet.
Our goal was to purchase a vehicle and we know what our budget is and what our family needs are. We purchased vehicle 100 miles away. "
