"Bought a used Mini cooper. 2 days later we noticed the engine light coming on, my husband opened up the hood and it had no oil cap. I spoke with 3 different people including our sales person Dennis which he told me his hands are tied. They would not get us an oil cap even though they were the ones who did the oil change. Terrible customer service over a $10 oil cap. I was treated so good when we were interested in the vehicle. I was treated terrible after the purchase. I was forced to give them one star. Otherwise it would have been none. "
