I let them know I was coming to purchase a specific vehicle and they planned the day for me and said the vehicle would be ready for me. After driving over an hour to reach the dealership, they send me a text as I litterally pull in the lot, telling me they sold the car. I was only about 15 minutes past my SCHEDULED time. They don't even Call, they just send a text. Horrible communication and terrible business practices. I would DEFINTELY NOT Buy here. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I had several text message communications and verbal phone calls with the salesman and customer service agent 30 minutes earlier letting them know I was on my way and they sold it anyways out from under me even though I had an appointment set and they said the car would be there for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't TRUST THEM, THEY LIE and have down right DIRTY business practices. "

I do not have the time to wash the car three times per week, with monthly wax & detail. That is what a black car demands, if it to be appreciated. Further, I was contacted several times asking me why I was not seeking to buy their product. Read above. They then sought to put me in a new car, a 2011. NO. That is not what I indicated on-line. They want me to give them my money, more car than I can afford. No Sale. I'll not deal with either dealer in the future."
