The sales manager gave me more for my trade so we could close the gap on the trade up from a 2008 Sedona. Two cautions for buyers: (1) check carefully for damaged bodywork and faulty equipment (my keyless entry didn't open one of the sliding doors, and the front floor mats were missing); (2) read every number on the invoice when you speak with the finance manager...I found a $299 charge for "theft protection" that I was told is standard on all car sales. This supposedly protects the dealer if your car is stolen, but I paid cash so there was no need for this. Besides, auto insurance covers theft. It looks like a sneaky add-on charge to me, but he took it off without an argument. Caveat emptor."

The truck was supposed to be inspected. They had 3 days to get it done, and were unable to accomplish the task. I called 4 times, to make sure I got both sets of keys. The salesman never followed up. Also, they were unable to fax both ways to my finance company. Subsequenlty, the buyers order was not delivered. I had to follow up with them 3 times for that. "
