Admittedly, they were the first dealer I contacted in the first month of
looking. Salesman didn't negotiate more than $1000 off list price. It was
still way over trade-in value or residual value for off lease vehicles.
Fortunately, I waited and did more research. Found better deals looking
at private parties as well. "

"The car I found via car gurus was great. I dealt with Katy May who was friendly and courteous. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that the dealer would not negotiate on price despite having had the car for more than 100 days (it was used). They said they had another dealer that wanted to buy it on Monday and so I needed to drive down right away. Also trade in valuation of my current car was completely out of line. Well below Kelly Blue Book and what it was going for on Craigslist. But the car I bought was as described."
