When that didn't happen I called an d was told by the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact from the salesman or the sales manager."

It was hidden around the corner and the keys were not in the normal place. Another salesman had them for HIS customer that was coming in later. The prices on the cars were 1000-3000 over the going rate. I got the same "We don't operate on a very high margin" line, yet unless they were really poor at negotiating trade-ins, they would have been making $4000 on the sale, which is a pretty good margin. Since my negotiation 4 months ago with another dealership got me a car with everyone happy, this was a much worse experience."

They didn't lete are car till after I sighned papers it was a hustle they had no mats or the cargo cover was missing do they sell it it you chew down price ? It was less them great don't trust them really ....I still have to spend money to get it cleaned and detailed .over priced under delivered."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "Emailed internet sales manager and never got a response. After a week or so, I decided to call them and was told "Abram" has gone on vacation for a week. With the same guy on the phone, we made plans to visit on the weekend. He gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions in the meantime and when we tried several times to contact his mobile, we were only getting his voicemail and no calls back from him. Before leaving home, I thought I'd give my last try with the general manager and he was no helpful either. He sounded impatient after explaining to him from my first contact via email with them to the never got call back from his sales associate that promised me my offer was acceptable. Instead, this manager firmly rejected my offer and that was it! I guess they have poor communication and aren't really helpful or useful to me. The vehicle is still available and is priced high. I'm sure the manager is enjoying the drive as I was told he has been driving it and putting the extra mileage. As you can clearly see the experience I was going through in hopes of making a deal with them and obviously, ROCK AUTO GROUP isn't willing to try and work a deal with me. I wish you luck, but go cautiously as others have said similarly about their experience."
