Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "After submitting an inquiry about a used 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid through cargurus.com, I was contacted by a salesman named Tim and we scheduled a test drive for the upcoming Saturday. After a few days I noticed that the car was no longer showing up on search results on cargurus.com, so I emailed Tim to make sure we were still on for Saturday. He never responded. We were looking at a few different used cars (Fusion Hybrids, Escape Hybrids); all dealerships were at least 1 hour from our house. o I decided to call and make sure the car was still available. When I called, I spoke with another salesman who said the car was still available and that I should plan to come in on Saturday. He turned me over to Tim and I decided to bring up price since this vehicle was overpriced by about $4000 (according to cargurus.com, KBB, NADA). The price from NADA (full options) was closer to $21,000, so I asked him to come down to at least $22,500. He said that if he inflated his prices by thousands of dollars, they would be out of business. I called back on Saturday after test driving the 2010 Ford Fusion at a dealer closer to my house and told him I wasn't interested. We test drove the 2013 Fusion Hybrid and C-Max Hybrid at Watertown Ford instead and had an amazing experience. We are taking delivery on a new 2013 C-Max from Watertown Ford later today."
