“Decent vehicle”
The thing I like in terms of this generation of Edge is the interior room. It definitely is wider versus the first generation. The 285 hp V6 has decent punch but the weak link is actually the transmission. It is definitely geared for economy because I have noticed a bit of a lag when I floor it. "I would have preferred to have been given a basic overview of the options, upon delivery. (Although in all fairness, I should add that the outdoor temperature that day was struggling to rise above 9 degrees F.) It would have been a nice gesture as well to provide an adequate amount of fuel upon delivery, instead of delivering at the 1/4 tank level, especially knowing we traveled 130 miles round trip to purchase the vehicle. Salesperson, Terry McQuiston, very friendly. I got a super fantastic price for a well equipped, low mileage, 2009 Ford Flex SE, validated by my lending instition who appraised the vehicle at a much higher value. All in all, very pleased. "
