Avg. Dealer Rating: (8 reviews) "My Review of Freehold Chrysler Jeep: STAY AWAY SCAMMERS!!! We found a car on car trader emailed freehold at 10:30 Am Brian called and hung up on me. We had caller ID and called them back asked for a sales man and got Brian ,Asked if he was the one that called and about the Equinox and why they hung up on us and got no answer from Brian about why he hung up on me. We made appointment to see car at 7:30 PM due to sale ending at the end of July as per Brian. At 1:11 PM Erika Called back to conform our Appointment. After We drove 1 1/2 HRS to see nothing when we got there no Brian no Car And lots of stories. They also told us that Brian is just a internet guy NOT a salesman when I asked to speak to a salesman when I 1st called them back. Then we were pushed to buy a old Toyota 4runner and a 2010 Equinox which we did not want, and was told that they tried to call and e-mail us that the car was not there. When we got home we checked caller ID and E-mails and was called at 7:23pm and emailed at 7:28 pm when we were 5 min away from dealership.I would stay clear of these liars they are bad news It is a shame that people don't care anymore. UPDATE:was told to call back at 2pm called back could not reach who I was told to ONLY talk to, then Brian came on the phone said we don't have that car here anymore and hung up on me. VERY PROFESIONAL I THOUGHT Well anyway I Think they didn't want to show me this car cause I knew it was the one that they had with major engine problems but they did indeed say it wasn't what a group of LIARS please People STAY CLEAROF THESES GUYS AT ALL COST!!!!!! "
