"Excellent to work! I met them last Fall, when I was interested in one of
their used Jeep
Grand Cherokees. Their sales people are straight up - fair price from
the get go, prepared vehicle for sale
per their safety check. Direct, fair, honest interactions.
Car in excellent condition. Very professional. I did not purchase that
car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were
holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate).
Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no
fuss'.
The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs.
I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car.
They are THE BEST - and make the car buying experience very easy -
especially if you are a woman, buying without a man or other person
assisting. No worries that you will not be dealt with fairly."

"The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and I am happy with it, but when it came to my trade in they really were not honest. I was told my trade in was worth $8500.00 which after investigating was low, their answer was that they hoped to sell it for $10,000.00. OK, they need a profit, but they listed it on car gurus for 12,995.00. I understand business need to make a profit but be honest about it, I feel I was deceived by the sales manager and I am very sticky about honesty. Know what your trade in is worth if you deal with this dealership"
