Then our new trade in check engine light came on 24hours later. So I took it in to them before the 3 day take back offer expired. They changed the gas cap and charged me $100. Then the check engine light came on again but it was after the 3days. I have owned the car for 6 months and have only driven it for 2 of the 6 months and have spent over $4000 in repairs on this vehicle. I am not impressed with their services our their talk about wanting their customers to be happy."

We looked at a Pathfinder that had just come from auction and the interior was all scratched up; when we asked about it and voiced our disapproval the sales people and even the sales manager were rude and looked at us like we were crazy. We heard rude comments like "they are looking for a new car for a used price; good luck with that". The sales manager said that he could figure a lease and get us in our payment range; when he came back with the proposal he was $100 above our desired payment and when we quiestioned him he basically threw his hands in the air and said "well that is the best I can do" Needless to say we ended up buying from another dealership and we will not deal with Ken Garff again."
