I love my Sienna for its look and reliability. It has plenty of interior room for my large family. However we are starting to have problems with the run flats and as I am learning are amonst the many who do. I am Very disappointed in the dealership service department. They were so busy, that after waiting for 20 minutes just to get them to open the car I finally left. They called later and apologized and wanted me to come back. i felt if it took them that long just to let you look at the car to see if you are even interested, that perhaps they did need my business.
