I waited for a half an hour, started to walk away then another sales person asked if I needed help. He took forever to find the keys. When we finally got in to inspect a Chevy Cavalier, I couldn't turn the key (neither could he) and he would say "just jiggle it a little then turn." Sometimes that would help, sometimes it didn't. We did this about 10 times before I said "that's enough" and got out. There was a problem with the other one too, but I don't remember hat it was. The rating had nothing to do with the quality of the cars or that I felt they were trying to sell me shiny lemons. The problem was their nasty and dismissive attitudes. I was paying cash, but I got the feeling that if I was willing to finance something for a higher price I might not have been treated like I was stupid and insignificant. I won't go back there. You shouldn't go either."
