Thisis the second Toyota Rav4 I have owned. The first was a 1996 and was fantastic. The same goes for this model. "Good selection if cars and fair price, but the maintenance of the vehicles I
looked at was poor. For example, the oil needed to changed, tires rotated,
oil filler, and brakes according to internal computer of the Lexus GS 430 I
test drove. Car drove very well with all things considered. Another one
needed to be jumped started for a test drive, but the salesman didn't feel
like it. Poor overall. I wanted to car for the price, but the dealership didn't
gain my business. I purchased a GS Lexus 300 from Sewell Lexus of
Dallas, Tx. "

Happy with my car no doubt and also their service. Although I didn't
find out until after the negotiations were done that the Kia 100,000
mile 10year warranty was non transferable which if I had known
before hand I would have felt slightly different about walking out at
the price we agreed on. Bought a Kia optima 2011"

"If I could use one word to sum up my shopping experience it would be dishonest. I was told to bring in a deposit, when I did the manager explained to me that they do not take deposits. The manager was extremely rude and lacked any people skills. Two days later I was called by the salesman told pick up the car still available. Before making the trip to the dealership I called to confirm that the vehicle was really available. It was not, the salesman apologized and offered me another vehicle. Deal with these people at your own risk!"
