Thisis the second Toyota Rav4 I have owned. The first was a 1996 and was fantastic. The same goes for this model. This is a smaller SUV/truck and gets fantastic gas mileage, averaging 26 city and 30 highway miles. The V6 engine gives it great acceleration. The back folds down for cargo room. "Salesperson was great. However, car was advertised in several
places being all wheel drive which it wasn't. The worst is when I was
told they do not accept outside financing because it ties up vehicles.
Really and they have a lot full of cars...lol. Why not just tell the truth
that it is more profitable for you if I use your higher rate financing. I
swear something has to be illegal with this policy. Well we left and
were called back to come back and work something out. Please I
don't have time for that ...too many cars on the market at reputable
places."

The financing and final purchasing process was a bit challenging with all the finance manager's "hard sell" from of add on's and extended warranties. If possible, research what they are gong to try to sell you before you get there so you can properly assess the benefits. "

"Called on a "great deal" for a 2010 Nissan Armada...tried to set up
a day to go look at it...planned on a particular day and was told by
the salesman he'd call me that morning to confirm because the
vehicle was being serviced.He never called and I called again 3
days later and he said it was still in the shop on a recall and he'd get
back to me and again he dd not.This went on for 3 weeks...he never
called me back I had to keep calling him.Finally I called and asked a
different sales person and was put on hold for a few minutes and
was told...it was sold this morning but we have many other
vehicles...

"I bought the vehicle from McGee Toyota and they were easy to deal
with and the transaction went smoothly. However, when I reported
there was a problem with one of the power windows, everything went
silent. I have not heard from the salesman or anyone else. Not even a
follow up call to ask about my experience. I am disappointed with the
dealership but not unhappy with the vehicle. I would suggest to the
dealership that there sales and/or customer care representative follow
up with a call to make sure the transaction went smoothly and the
customer is satisfied. A simple call or email goes a long way to
reassure a customer and iron out any wrinkles. "
