Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I spent over $31,000 on a car from them. they didnt even wash it for me before i took it off the lot. they also said i could come back the following week to have it washed and when i did after they said to come in, they changed there mind and told me the car washer was gone and no one else could do it. They also had a magnum motors sticker on the bumper, i asked them to remove it and i was told no. they didnt want to scratch my panit job and said i had to go buy some goof off and do it myself. they couldnt explain anything about the car to me either. they tryed to offer me a warrenty of over $5,000 to cover the car to 50,000 miles when it was at 43,000. it was a 5 year warrenty or 50,000 miles.lol i got a warrenty from morrison auto group for 65,000 for a little over $1,100. Magnum Motors took advantage of me and dont let them do it to you. I WILL NEVER buy a car or step foot on there property again. I have told everyone i possibly can never to buy from them. plus the car went into the shop less than two weeks after buying it. BE Careful people."

The gentleman from Safeway wouldn't even return my calls or text messages regarding the issues. I ended up with a lemon that put me in about $5k worth of negative equity because I had to trade the car out less than a month after purchasing it. I would never buy a car from these guys ever again nor would I recommend anyone do the same. I was really counting on that truck to provide me with a few solid years of driving to and from work but unfortunately it didn't meet the challenge. I had spent over $880 dollars in repair cost before deciding to just cut my losses on the truck entirely, mind you this is only two weeks after the initial purchase. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They took my hard earned money."

Dealer Rating: (5 reviews) "recently purchased a car from the chrysler fiat lot and i found tht the sales werr very friendly but a little to persistant to try and make u take a car home. but i did purchase a vehicle and was very dissapointed with the detail department after i was told that they were good at what they do. i was ecpecting a spotless car inside and out. there was dried wax circles over alot of the vehicle tires needed cleaned not jst shined. and inside was even worse seats and floor and windows were clean very well but the console was nasty there was sticks blothces rite on top of console n plain sight and on the side was even worse i had to go clean it as soon as i left the lot.. not tht it matters because you already got my money but dont tell me you pride yourselves on how clean ur vehicles are when there not"
