However, I feel pity for anyone who needs any resemblance of customer service from these people. I bought a Yukon from them that had some issues that needed to be fixed before I picked it up. No big deal, stuff happens. Once salesman had my check, he no longer cared, never returned calls, didn't keep me informed when my car would be completed. When I finally did get an answer on my vehicle, was told it had been sitting there waiting and I was never given a call. Truck was also delivered without a 30 day tag. It's like these people have never sold a vehicle before. I'm happy with my vehicle, which I guess is the most important thing, but I hope I never have to deal with these people again......"
