I left the dealership and because of my wifes wishes I called them again and was put with the BMW manager. I told him the situation and he said the car as being purchased by a company in GA. I told him about the deal the night before and he said he could not accept it and the price was now $28,800. or 800 more than the last offer. I reluctantly ending up paying the additional $800. I thought the dealership was wrong by not sticking to the original price and executed poor customer service. I more than likely will not conduct business with them in the future."

We shopped at multiple car dealerships, and while the price at Carmax is a little higher than at other places, after we went to those other places and experienced Hidden Fees, Sales Games, Lying Sales Managers, etc. etc. dealing with Carmax was a relief. The price is what they say it is, there is no pressure, and the customer service is top notch. I personally would rather pay a little more for a vehicle and be treated well, than have to haggle for days over a few hundred dollars and have my heart rate go through the roof. Of course, I didn't find that out until sitting down with the finance person, who was also very nice. Overall I got a good deal but the owner should support his employees, not override their decision. The car had a broken front bumper that you couldn't see in pictures so I asked for an adjustment. The sales manager agreed and then the owner rescinded it. After saying that my offer was accepted, I get to finance only to find they had added $100. Owner said he was losing money. I will not do business there again, but I bought a Subaru, not a Nissan so that may be the difference. "
