“Great crossover, Much nicer than the "experts" reviews claim”
What makes me laugh is the "expert" reviews that claim this crossover is nothing more than a expensive ford edge. I initially bought into this until I drove both. NOT EVEN CLOSE. 1. "Pricing of vehicle barely in average condition as if it were in excellent condition, (wheel well rust bubbling through, baseball sized dent in hood, tires with seriously uneven wear, etc...) On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!"
