For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". I have no interest in dealing with Jerry's Ford of Alexandria and advise others to avoid them. "

Upon arriving, the manager gave me the run around and tried to bring up a totally different vehicle. Then, he "searched" the lot for the vehicle and came back 20 minutes later to tell me the vehicle wasn't there. When I asked why I was told all week and that day that the vehicle was ready for me to test drive, he laughed and make up some excuse about traffic. Terrible business! Outdated establishment, bathrooms were nasty, and customer service failed. Good for me that it didn't work out though because I ended buying a brand new 2013 Honda Pilot Touring as Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. They're awesome!!"
