"This dealership does not honor their internet sales!! I'm in Louisiana
and
we made a deal by phone. I gave them my credit card info to hold
the car
and, as agreed to, I overnighted the cashier's check. The next
morning
the salesman called and told me they'd sold the car to somebody
else.
The sales manager told me they don't hold used cars
and the first customer to pay gets the car. I was at a disadvantage
the
whole time because I was out of state. They wouldn't even
reimburse the
$30 I spent to overnight the check!!! Don't waste your time with Rick
Case. Give your business to an honest dealership."
