"went 45 min out of way to test drive car. the motor for the seat adjustment did not work, so I could not test drive car. looked at a Volvo on the lot which while I was test driving the widows kept going up and down against the car salesman's will, which at that point I left. make sure if you are looking at ANY car on this lot you have it checked completely by a mechanic."

"I was pretty upset when I was paying for my truck outright and had
to keep going to find the sales manager. My original salesman was
off on Monday so I got to deal with David. I told them I would be
early and to have the paperwork ready so I could sign and leave.
Well, paperwork wasn't even started and the finance guy that did
finally grab the paperwork did so because we had been there so
long. He was the only guy that actually helped us. The rest of the
sales team, whiched was way over staffed, were just sitting around
and not seeming to want to help or assist or even really be too
friendly. "
