All in all, we researched it and found out it was the PCM that needed to be replaced. So we thought, why not take it to a Dodge dealership to get it repaired since they are CERTIFIED to work on Dodge's. WE GUESSED WRONG!!!!!!!! They said we needed to get some stuff done with the fuel injectors and flush some stuff out.. 500 dollars later... we take it home, broke down again. We take it back and they say we need to replace the PCM, WHAT WE TOLD THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! Which will cost over 700 dollars. So please, before you take your vehicle anywhere, research what needs to be done, because even though some people seem to be "Certified" they don't know what in the hell they are doing and don't listen to their customers. Go elsewhere."

When I asked for an apology, they ignored me and walked away! I was deeply offended and I even had the cash to pay for the car in full!!! LET EVERYONE BE WARNED! Dear Randy, Thank you for getting in touch with me. I would love to test drive this car as I am very much interested in it. However, you, confusing me with another customer, said you were afraid to go on a test drive with me, and refused to let me test drive any of your other vehicles. I said then, and continue to say now, that you were and are confusing me with another customer. I never was at your dealership when you said the particular test drive took place, and I have NEVER done such things behind the wheel that you accused me of!!! I was, and still am, deeply offended by YOU, Randy, as I have never been spoken to like you spoke to me, or treated as rudely as you treated me that day!!!!! I am disabled, Randy, and I am sorry if that makes you feel uncomfortable. However, I have every much as a right to my next breath of air as you and everyone else does. I also have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, neither of which you seem to show the courtesy of extending when shown to you!!!
