To make a long story very short basically this very clean and nice dealership made the oldest mistake in the book. This just confirmed my lack of faith and I could see their lack of people skills at their dealership. They took the vehicle from the previous owner and washed it and dropped it on the lot. After I drove it home I realized there was about 10 obvious things they should have fixed if they looked at the vehicle before they tryed to sell it. One or two missed things I could understand but not as many as I found. Like an oil leak among many other things. The first time I went back they said the manager is in meetings and was'nt sure when he would be done. What!! Whats more important, your meetings to improve things or A good customer your pissing off. Atleast in the end they did fix almost everything except 1 or two they forgot about. Anyone else buying any year expedition better beware that they have had a problem for years with the front and rear deck lids, they are galvinized and the paint bubbles up after a short time!!!!!!!!! JK"
