They listed a used Subaru Outback on cars.com, cargurus.com, and other sites at $8,728; however, when I contacted them, they did not honor the online price and tried to quote me $13,500, nearly $2K more than the car's value. UPDATE 2/25/2012: Received a call several hours later with a honor for the online price due to a mixup. More to follow if I close this deal. UPDATE 2/26/2012: Though the car wasn't perfect, the price point gave me enough room to deal with the minor repairs and still get a fair deal. (i.e. no floormats or keyless entry fobs as advertised on online, rear passenger window nonfunctional, wipers badly need replacement, intermittent airbag light) Definitely ask the sales person to validate all advertised features and functionality of everything to allow you to negotiate prior to making the trip. Lesia Campbell was excellent to work with... no pressure tactics and fair (I highly recommend her). I did notice that Beckley Auto Mall has a sales person for just about ANY personality whether you are a good ol' boy buying your next workhorse truck to a wall street banker looking for a luxury sedan. NET: If you find a good deal, it is worth keeping them on your short list. However, expect some typical car dealership BS. "
