I let them know I was coming to purchase a specific vehicle and they planned the day for me and said the vehicle would be ready for me. After driving over an hour to reach the dealership, they send me a text as I litterally pull in the lot, telling me they sold the car. I was only about 15 minutes past my SCHEDULED time. They don't even Call, they just send a text. Horrible communication and terrible business practices. I would DEFINTELY NOT Buy here. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I had several text message communications and verbal phone calls with the salesman and customer service agent 30 minutes earlier letting them know I was on my way and they sold it anyways out from under me even though I had an appointment set and they said the car would be there for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't TRUST THEM, THEY LIE and have down right DIRTY business practices. "

When we arrived Mark could only find one of the four cars and then when we mentioned we would stop back later in the week to actually see the cars we want to buy he said "well you could have told me that over the phone and not made me come in 30 minutes early". Then he had the audacity to make an anti-Semitic comment about the owner of the dealership in front of my friend and I. That is when it was time for us to leave. Unless you support anti-Semitism, don’t visit this dealership. "
