Acceleration is very good in this car braking is not bad, and this car handles very well for a wide body style car. Hasnt needed any reapairs yet steering rattles every once in a while. "Car sales man Was nice to get me to drive to 150 miles to see a
pryus. Once I got there he glorified himself as the salesman of the
year and the top salesman in the company. He was rude
manipulating, aggressive and did not care about customer service in
made me feel like it was his way or the highway.. He He clearly let
me know that he was from the middle east and that's how he did
business that aggressive way so I got up and left. Thank you for
people like Danzo Who is the manager in finance he was an
awesome customer service person who made me feel better and I
decided to buy the car not because of him not Manny the rude sales
man but Denzo the carrying and amazing person who's priority is
customer service. Please avoid Manny unless you want to treated
unfair.. "

Only problem was I received one key and they would not extend "goodwill" to give me another one since car was only driven by dealership, where they should have retained the 2nd key. They want to charge $265.00 for second programmed key. Found other dealerships only charge $100.00 for key. Since my car is used they should only charge me $100.00 for 2nd key!"

"The car was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The salesperson tried to say that it was someone who smoking nearby that caused the smell. I didn't smell any smoke until I opened the car door. The salesperson couldn't answer any questions without asking someone else first. She said she would followup with an email the next day about some questions I had but that never happened. Needless to say we did not buy the car and would not go back there."

dealers and was never given any information on my personal details (fico
score, ltv factors, bank financing options, true car msrp value) but at
Capitol Kia, all tjis information was disclosed upfront, the transparency
of buying a car, ZERO money down, 100,000/10 year warranty, affordable
paymrnts with my bad credit is what sold me! Ask for Frank or Misty! I
thank Honda of Hayward for such a terrible experience and Capitol
Honda for stating I could not buy a car with zero money down and my
bad credit...guess at Capitol Kia it can be done! :)"
