Orange Coast has no high pressure salesmen walking behind you, harassing you, stressed out to sell you a car you don't want. I usually dread walking onto a car lot because the salesmen are fighting over the potential sale and don't want you to walk off the lot without buying a car. Buying a car at Orange Coast is an enjoyable experience and should be the model for car dealerships across the country. They helped me find the right car for "me" (not for "them"), helped me get financed despite my suboptimal credit situation, and treated me with dignity and respect throughout the process. They are a group of professionals who are clearly happy to be working in this unique car dealership environment. I bought a used car from them (2005) and immediately took it to another dealer for a bumper to bumper inspection (engine included). They didn't lete are car till after I sighned papers it was a hustle they had no mats or the cargo cover was missing do they sell it it you chew down price ? It was less them great don't trust them really ....I still have to spend money to get it cleaned and detailed .over priced under delivered."

Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "Although I found a relatively nice 2007 V50 at a respectable price (within Edmunds & KBB price range) I was somewhat disappointed as a result of the following three (3) negatives in its purchase: 1) Power Volvo did not perform the $400 -$500 75K service at their facility prior to its release at 74,553 miles. 2) They let us drive off with only a half tank of gas! This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo! "
