They offered me 3500 on a car that was worth 7200 according to Blackbook in "fair" condition. I started to walk away. They made a phone call, (except he wasn't talking to anyone) and came up to 6000. While I was waiting for that number I pointed out that the salesman charged me twice for the destination charge. Then he recalculated the figure by hand with taxes and tags, and it was still too much. I left. When I got home, he had calculated incorrectly, by, get this $1000. I still did not respond to the offer. The next morning, I received another phone call that they could give me more for my trade in. It truly was like going back in time."

The gentleman who assisted me was very nice and knowledgable of the vehicles. He fired a few of the up for me and patiently answered all of my questions. Absolutely NO pressure what so ever. Never once did I hear those dreadful words, "What can we do to put you in one of these beauties today?" No. It was pretty much more of a "If you want one, we'll see what we can work out. If you just wanted to look at them, that's fine too. Come back and see us again. Have a nice day".
