"I had to contact the dealership. I spoke w John sales rep for 2 min. I had to text him my info, pay off ect. after 5 min. I never heard from him again. No follow-up. I really wanted to purchase the car, and its still available, but why would I spend my money with a business that makes no time for you as a customer!"
