I hope in the future they can and will let you know potential costs of warranties added on to the original costs"

However, they tried to slip in the extended warranty without asking if I wanted it for and extra few thousand dollars, and on my drive homenI became aware that the A/C did not blow cold. I took it to the dealer nearest me and found out that the wire harness had not been snapped into place properly and a fan had cut the wire and I was lucky more hadn't been cut. I was without my brand new car for nearly a week immediately. Shouldn't tuis have been caught? The staff at Team VW was friendly and helpful, but I did not feel completely satisfied. They did apologize when I notified them, but did not offer me any sort of retribution, which would have helped me feel better about the whole experience."
