We purchased from almost 4 hours away and were thrilled with amount of communication we achieved via phone calls and email. They worked with us beyond the call of duty to arrange a time and place for us to pick up the vehicle due to the long distance difficulties. The salesman even gave up personal time to meet us. When a test drive, after driving four hours to get there, identified a few concerns, they stood behind their product and worked with us toward a mutually agreeable resolution.
