I bought this Hybrid in March 2008. We considered the Prius but were used to the size and comfort of the Camry which the Prius does not have. "Overall, it was a good experience. I'm a picky buyer, and I'm also not fond of the stereotypical "car sale." For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process."

"Only a one man show. If I had not done my homework ahead of time, did my carfax, and knew exactly what I was buying, I would never have come back to buy this vehicle. Had to wait a day to get to drive the vehicle. Again, those that know how to do the homework and know what they are looking for, this place is not too bad.
