I was dealing with Allen and was quite unhappy and disappointed with the follow up, approach and attempts (or lack there of) to earn my business. Being in the business, especially Internet Sales, I'm familiar with how the process that should be in place is carried out. And unfortunately, this experience was no where close to up to par. I was contacted the following day from when my inquiry was submitted. I gave him the run down of what I was trying to accomplish on the price of the GLK as well as my trade. From there, he made about 7 phone calls back and forth to me in a matter of 10 minutes to get information concerning my trade. I found this to be quite unprofessional, instead of simply sending me an email with all needed information or making 1 phone call to achieve that. I never received another call that day but did receive a voicemail the following day asking to call him if I was still in the market. I was NEVER given a price on the GLK or my trade which is the name of the game with Internet Sales dealing with some nearly 2 1/2 hours away. Overall, quite a weak attempt to earn someone's business"

They said the price on the internet was a computer gliche, that they could't sell the car for that price. I will never go to Palmer's to look at anything they have on their lot. I would never send any friend of mine to Palmer's. I hated the experience, and I will never forget it. "
