"Salesman returned my email inquiry and said that the car was listed in the inventory but he did not see it on the lot. Said he would get back to me, but didn't. A few days later, we drove there to find out it had been sold last week. The salesman was very apologetic, but we find it annoying that dealerships don't take ads down for quite a while after they have been sold."

"I spent approx 2 hours at the dealership and we came to $1000.00 difference and they would not accept the difference. I left the dealership and because of my wifes wishes I called them again and was put with the BMW manager. I told him the situation and he said the car as being purchased by a company in GA. I told him about the deal the night before and he said he could not accept it and the price was now $28,800. or 800 more than the last offer. I reluctantly ending up paying the additional $800. I thought the dealership was wrong by not sticking to the original price and executed poor customer service. I more than likely will not conduct business with them in the future."

"An unbelivable and complete waste of 4 hours. The poor salesman was enthusieastic and diligent, however his sales manager was a jerk. He IS the A-Typical reason some dealers get a bad reputation. Prior to negotiations I said "If you intend to low-ball my trade-in let me know now so I can move on." The response was "Oh no, we will be more then fair." The NADA value on my vintage, rare corvette with less then 15,000 miles was 43,000. They offered me 10. I'm an Aircraft Engineer by trade and the jack*** sales manager treated me like a fool. Drive on by this place. If you don't, expect to be lied too, dishonesty, and be treated like a moron. Better yet go in with no intention of buying and see why 'used car salesmen' get such a bad rap. This place deserves it!"
