Buying a car from out of state, based on pictures, a Carfax, and the word of a car salesman could have turned into a very stressful experience but Randy O’Brien at Koons Automotive of Wilmington was a delight to work with! We flew into Philadelphia from Chicago and he met us at the airport, even though it meant staying late (on a Friday night no less). The car was EXACTLY as promised!
