The reason I don't give 5 stars is that the dealer would not negotiate on price despite having had the car for more than 100 days (it was used). They said they had another dealer that wanted to buy it on Monday and so I needed to drive down right away. Also trade in valuation of my current car was completely out of line. Well below Kelly Blue Book and what it was going for on Craigslist. But the car I bought was as described."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "Emailed internet sales manager and never got a response. After a week or so, I decided to call them and was told "Abram" has gone on vacation for a week. With the same guy on the phone, we made plans to visit on the weekend. He gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions in the meantime and when we tried several times to contact his mobile, we were only getting his voicemail and no calls back from him. Before leaving home, I thought I'd give my last try with the general manager and he was no helpful either. He sounded impatient after explaining to him from my first contact via email with them to the never got call back from his sales associate that promised me my offer was acceptable. Instead, this manager firmly rejected my offer and that was it! I guess they have poor communication and aren't really helpful or useful to me. The vehicle is still available and is priced high. I'm sure the manager is enjoying the drive as I was told he has been driving it and putting the extra mileage. As you can clearly see the experience I was going through in hopes of making a deal with them and obviously, ROCK AUTO GROUP isn't willing to try and work a deal with me. I wish you luck, but go cautiously as others have said similarly about their experience."
