My salesman, Steve, was very responsive to my needs without being the pushy, overzealous salesman, and I appreciated that. We communicated via e-mail (I lived 1 1/2 hours away) and he was always quick to respond via e-mail as well. He even did a few extra things to the car to make the sale "sweeter" and the price, I thought, was very good for this car. I have only had the car for a few weeks now and I am loving it! Because of my very good experience with AP Motors, I would highly recommend them."

Steve and Don were very nice however the sales woman Jamie, called me 10X, twice before I left the dealership and twice everyday for the next 4 days..... Not to mention her hostile approach of salesmanship telling me I needed to turn my car around and give her a credit card to hold the car twice! Considering that my fiance and I invested both time and money into buying a vehicle I was there just for a test drive. I wanted to tell him about it but he was not home yet from work. But this saleswoman put such a bitter taste in my mouth with her cut throat sales approach It makes me think about the whole establishment and what type of sales ethic they have all together. We bought a Toyota from another dealership....amen. "

We were treated okay, but, the sales person and manager define the term sleazy car sales people. Told me that my trade in vehicle was worth half of what other dealers were willing to give me, and told me that my 4 wheel drive was not working. Suddenly they changed there story when they were informed that my trade in was still under warranty and I'd have it problems fixed. Then they were more willing to be lower but in the same ball park as other dealers. I will NEVER set foot on this dealerships lot again. I just don't do business like that."
