"I bought a GMC Acadia there. Great in store sales And closing store
experience. Smooth and easy to follow process. Problem came after
when i tried to get explanations on contract and financing - close to
horrible phone service, rude and not helpfull, making me regret my
original 5 star ratin to their internal survey. A shame considering
how lovely and helpfull the sales manager was.
I would buy again at carmax forthe business model but probably not
at this location."
