It's hard to find fault with a car this freaking awesome. It looks great in Dark Candy Apple Red paint. The charcoal leather interior is comfortable and looks good. "It is a typical car dealership when it comes to sales consultants.
Instead of trying to fast talk you, the sales reps are very SLOW
and methodical when discussing prices and terms. My car buying
experience took 6 hours to be exact. I really had to fight to get
good terms. I will say, they were very honest and knowledgeable
about the cars they were selling. I am giving them a 3 because
they were so slow and because I had to wait 24 hours before I
could drive my car home. Also, I loved Reed in the finance
department. Very cool guy."

"They were rude to me @the Dealership &came off snobbish. They made
me feel like my credit was a joke,& they talked to me like i had absolutely
no exprience buying a car,&they kept making up excuses why they could
not use my car loan approval with Santander,even though they arr a
RoadLoans Dealership.They also forgot to give me my drivers license,&
insited i'd already recieved it&refused to even check. I ended up having
to drive back to the Dealership which is on the Blue Mound end of the
DFW metroplex to get it at closing time,&nobody wanted to stay over to
make sure i got it. UGH worst experience i ever had!!!!! Dont be ridiculed
by these people go elsewhere!!

"If I could use one word to sum up my shopping experience it would be dishonest. I was told to bring in a deposit, when I did the manager explained to me that they do not take deposits. The manager was extremely rude and lacked any people skills. Two days later I was called by the salesman told pick up the car still available. Before making the trip to the dealership I called to confirm that the vehicle was really available. It was not, the salesman apologized and offered me another vehicle. Deal with these people at your own risk!"

"I called in advance abut a car and they said it was there, then pretended they could not find it, said it would be there in about an hour or so, ran my credit(I gave them permission on the blue mustang only), came back and said the mustang was sold but I could buy another one. I was very unhappy, they lied through the whole thing, and I told them so and left, never ever to go back"
