It is a family business, and they seem to let the younger family members present the sale, then the "adults" run all the numbers and do the paperwork. I spent a couple of hours listening to a young man tell me all about his family while we waited for someone to arrive at the dealership to do the paperwork. Great car, just very weird experience."
