“2009 Edge - a solid entry in crossovers”
2K miles and already in shop! Ford ended up finding the problem, after two tries - a bad transmission mount causing creaking when turning or over bumps. Other than that, we like the car very much. Mileage is good and we expect it to improve as engine breaks in. The 6 speed transmission is ok but not as smart as our Honda Pilot. The Pilot ...

"If you think that it is impossible to have a pleasant customer
experience while buying a car, think again! Orange Coast has no
high pressure salesmen walking behind you, harassing you,
stressed out to sell you a car you don't want. I usually dread
walking onto a car lot because the salesmen are fighting over the
potential sale and don't want you to walk off the lot without buying
a car. Buying a car at Orange Coast is an enjoyable experience
and should be the model for car dealerships across the country.
They helped me find the right car for "me" (not for "them"), helped
me get financed despite my suboptimal credit situation, and
treated me with dignity and respect throughout the process. They
are a group of professionals who are clearly happy to be working
in this unique car dealership environment. I bought a used car
from them (2005) and immediately took it to another dealer for a
bumper to bumper inspection (engine included). The other
dealer's only recommendation was to replace the rear wiper blade!
