"I was sold a 2010 Ford Fusion with 28000 miles on it. It was advertised as having been dealer owned (never private owned). 3 months later I went to change a hubcap and there was no tire iron or jack with the spare tire. When I called they said they could get me a four way wrench that I would have to come pick up from them( a 45 minute drive) but there was nothing they could do about a jack. I feel like, buying from a dealer, I shouldn't have to check to make sure the car has a tire iron and jack. If you buy with them, be sure to check things over closely. "
