“I love my little RAV4”
This is the perfect car for me-- it's small enough that it gets good gas mileage but also totally functional. I can throw down the seats and haul my bike, kayak (on top of course) and camping stuff without having to rent a u-haul trailer. I also love the secret comparments-- totally cool. Oh and I'm lovin the automatic and the sun roof too! ...

"Drove a long wayand got to the delaership as a serious buyer; was made to wait for a long time.
The associate made me wait for atleast 30 minutes at his desk appearing after every 10 minutes. I left a message for him that I will be back later.
The associate caled me up after I left and was very very rude; he told me I was selfish and self centered (in addition to a lot more) for expecting to be treated like a king. While I was talking to him and explaining that I was short on time and had left a message for him he hung up."

"It took to long to close the deal on the car purchase. Also, after having to wait so long to do the paperwork to close the deal my car was supposed to be cleaned. It was the worst job I've ever had. I've owned a lube & carwash business before & I would have been embarassed to let a car leave like this. All the salesman said was sorry. He did not ask me if I would like to bring it back & I will make sure it gets done right or anything. This was not what I expected or the service I hadn't gotten the last time I purchased a vehicle from Carmax."
