"Oc Nissan are nice and pleasant when they car taking your money and selling you their junk cars. Had 2008 rouge that developed rust in door panel. I took it dealer who subcontracted the work ti HItech collision. When that company was fixing the panel , they did not put any coolant back in the engine and my engine seized on the 405 freeway. All of a sudden it was not OC Nissans fault. I now was told that Nissan had done their part and that I had to get this sorted with the subcontracted company. I requested a hire car because it had been two months since my car went into the shop, but OC Nissan refused. The sub contracted company wanted to put in a used engine from a car that had 147 mile but was totaled in an accident, but I refused. OC Nissan could not see what my objection was to putting that engine. I stood my ground and refused to accept this substandard work.
It's been almost three months since I took my car, and finally OC Nissan agreed to put a new engine into my car after the general manager named Sam took over my case. This man is the only one with any sense in the upper echelons of OC Nissan.
Verdict: If you want a cheap car that rusts at 33000 mile in OC and want to put up with substandard customer care then buy a car from OC Nissan. Cheap is not always the best."

"I liked my salesperson, but the dealership itself is overpriced and a bit sneaky. I went to look at a car that was advertised. It was hidden around the corner and the keys were not in the normal place. Another salesman had them for HIS customer that was coming in later. The prices on the cars were 1000-3000 over the going rate. I got the same "We don't operate on a very high margin" line, yet unless they were really poor at negotiating trade-ins, they would have been making $4000 on the sale, which is a pretty good margin. Since my negotiation 4 months ago with another dealership got me a car with everyone happy, this was a much worse experience."
